Baby Sweater Knitting Size Chart

The baby sweater knitting size chart includes sweater size references for babies and children of different ages, as follows:

0-3 months: chest circumference 45cm, length 24cm, sleeve length 14cm.

1 year old: chest circumference 50cm, length 33-35cm, sleeve length 18-19cm, sleeve width 15cm at the top and 18-19cm at the bottom.

2 years old: chest circumference 60cm, length 37cm, sleeve length 24cm, sleeve width 17cm at the top and 20cm at the bottom.

These size charts also provide references to the number of stitches required for different thread materials (thick thread, medium-thick thread, and thin thread), which are about 120-180 stitches for thick thread, about 140-200 stitches for medium-thick thread, and about 180-220 stitches for thin thread. In addition, it is recommended that the size of the cuff (at the shoulder) should be relatively large, generally between 5 and 6 inches to ensure comfort and fit for growing babies.
