Pre-production inspection
Inspect the quality of raw materials such as cloth, accessories, fabrics, sewing threads, etc. used in production to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Inspection during production
During the production process, QC personnel need to conduct sampling inspections on cotton products, including appearance, size, details, printing, etc.
If any problems are found during the inspection, notify the production department immediately for timely correction and adjustment.

Finished product inspection
After the production of cotton products is completed, QC personnel need to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the finished products.
The inspection content includes size, color, style, quality, etc. to ensure compliance with standards, customer requirements and market demand.
If there are any problems, notify the relevant departments in time and put forward suggestions for improvement.

Packaging and storage
After the finished product is fully inspected, it is packaged.
During the packaging process, ensure that the cotton products are not damaged or contaminated.
After packaging, it is stored as a qualified product.

| Color | Note that yarns from different batches may have color differences, so avoid mixing products from the same batch and set. |

| Exterior | 1. Check whether the pattern and needle shape are consistent with those confirmed by the customer. |

| 3. There are no stains on the surface of the clothes, no marks left by the stone pencil on the buttons, and the placket is not twisted, skewed, or the bottom tube is exposed. | |
| 4. The size of the collar tip and whether the collar bone is symmetrical; whether the arms, armholes, sleeve lengths, and cuff sizes are symmetrical. | |
| 5. There is no different color yarn, and the appearance problems caused by coarse yarn are dealt with as much as possible. There is no pilling on the surface and uneven mixed wool color. | |
| 6. Be sure to avoid burn marks on the collar. You can add a pad for ironing to avoid them. | |
| 7. Avoid chicken claw marks on fine-spun products and avoid polar circles during ironing. | |
| 8. Fix the tail of the zipper and have a buckle at the mouth to prevent it from being pulled off. | |
| 9. The buttonhole size should be appropriate to avoid being too large and causing it to open naturally. | |

| Trademark/Elevator | 1. The factory quality inspection label must be removed. |
